• What is HUSH anesthetic?

• What are the ingredients in HUSH?

HUSH's active ingredient is 4% Lidocaine. The highest grade allowed by the FDA without a prescription. The inactive ingredients are: Aloe, Calendula Flower Extract, Green Tea Extract, Carbomer, Chamomilla Flower Extract, Diazolidinyl Urea, Disodium EDTA, Glycerin, Menthol, Methylparaben, Prpilene Glycol, Propylparaben, Purified Water, SD Alcohol 40-2, Symphytum Leaf Extract, Triethanolamine.

•Does HUSH contain epinephrine?

NO. Epinephrine increases heart rate, and constricts blood vessels which has been known to cause bad heals. Our formula is the purest form of numbing agent you can buy.

•Is HUSH Vegan?

Yes. HUSH does not contain any animal products, nor is it tested on them. It is also safe on sensitive skin.

•Do I use HUSH before or after breaking the skin for a tattoo procedure?

•How do I apply HUSH?

Application before Tattooing:
Apply an extremely thick layer of HUSH in the area to be tattooed. Do not rub, instead spread the gel evenly, with one or two fingers, re-apply more if necessary on all the edges.
Wrap the area with a plastic wrap and allow an hour for absorption.
Remove the plastic wrap and wipe all of the excess gel with a paper towel until the skin is dry.
Begin the Tattooing process.

Application during Tattooing:
After the skin is broken, apply an extremely thick layer of hush in the area to be tattooed, there will be an itial sting as HUSH contains a
surgical grade alcohol but it will go away in a few minutes. Do not rub HUSH into the skin; instead spread the gel evenly with one or two
fingers. Wrap the area with plastic wrap and allow 30 minutes for absorption.
Remove the wrap and wipe off all of the excess gel with a paper towel until the skin is dry.
Continue the Tattooing process.

Application for other uses:
Apply an extremely thick layer of HUSH in the area to be treated. Do not rub, but spread evenly with one or two fingers. For best results
reapply about 10 minutes after the first application. Once gel dries feel free to get dressed. HUSH will not harm your clothing. Allow
an hour for absorption and begin the treatment.

•How long will the numbing effect last?

The average is 2 hours on an application before the skin is broken and 1 hour on applications after the skin has been broken. Keep in mind that everyone's' skin type is different, and you can re-apply after starting a tattoo procedure in order to numb the skin once again. The most important factor is to follow the application instructions correctly to ensure that HUSH gives you optimal results.

•How many bottles will I need for my tattoo?

HUSH comes in a large 2oz. (60 grams) bottle. This covers a large tattoo approximately 10 inches by 10 inches. The important thing to remember is to follow the application instructions correctly in order to ensure the best results.
